RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review and analyze system specifications and collaborate with the development team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements.
  • Develop and execute test cases (manual) to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test data when required.
  • Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
  • Track, report, and analyze defects to understand trends and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate with development teams to fix issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies and maintain expertise in QA methodologies.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software development.
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of test management software (like qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

3 weeks paid vacation + 1 week during holiday shutdown period

Compensation:

$50,000-$80,000k per year
