RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and analyze system specifications and collaborate with the development team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements.
Develop and execute test cases (manual) to diagnose issues and bugs, creating test data when required.
Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
Track, report, and analyze defects to understand trends and implement improvements.
Coordinate with development teams to fix issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies and maintain expertise in QA methodologies.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software development.
Experience in project management and QA methodology.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Working knowledge of test management software (like qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

Compensation:

$50,000-$80,000k per year
