About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist who is energized by helping others, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a customer-first mindset to everything they do. In this client-facing role, you’ll onboard, train, and support Thrive users, helping them navigate their journey on our platform and access the tools they need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Become a Thrive platform expert—understand and communicate its features clearly to users
  • Support users in navigating their outplacement or career management programs
  • Lead 1:1 onboarding calls and group training sessions
  • Personalize user journeys by recommending the right mix of learning, career, and wellness tools
  • Meet weekly volume targets across phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Drive user activation, engagement, and onboarding rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client experience
  • Track and report on activity, sharing key insights with the broader team
  • Help shape and evolve our client engagement strategy
  • Partner with marketing to support user engagement campaigns

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a strong asset)
  • Deep empathy and a customer-first mindset—you thrive on helping people succeed
  • Proven experience in a client-facing, customer service, or sales environment
  • Ability to adapt to a wide range of client needs and backgrounds
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and accountable for your work
  • Background in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus (but not required)
