Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-level prospecting to secure two discovery meetings weekly (60%)
  • Strategically manage the sales pipeline, oversee drip campaigns, and maintain pristine CRM data (30%)
  • Craft territory and account plans and become an industry SME by conducting in-depth research (10%)

Experience Required:

  • 5-6 years of SMB/Mid-Market SaaS sales experience
  • Expertise in CRM tools, mastering cold calls, handling objections, and closing deals
  • Valuable HCM industry experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in high-touch prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiations
  • 2-3 years of mid-market AE experience or 3-5 years of BDR/BDM experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Achievers such as Presidents Club winners or equivalent are highly regarded
